Scherezad graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2009 and was awarded the prestigious Ranganathrao Trophy for academic excellence.

Scherezad has been with the Firm since its inception and has over the years gained rich experience in handling a spectrum of diverse matters and in particular real estate transactions.

Her areas of expertise include drafting and negotiating real estate transactions of all kinds including sale and purchase, leave and licenses, lease deeds, partition deeds, gift deeds, release deeds, mortgages, deeds of charge, loan agreements and development agreements. Having an eye for detail, she has often been appreciated by clients for conducting due diligences of various immovable properties, located across India whether residential, commercial, industrial or agricultural.

Her practice areas also include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership deeds, formation of limited liability partnerships, consultancy agreements, joint ventures, franchise agreements and conducting agreements.

Scherezad also regularly drafts Wills and Codicils, whilst imparting valuable advice to clients on estate planning.

Scherezad is passionate and extremely dedicated to her work and puts tremendous emphasis on a professional approach to all matters and has always been appreciated by clients for her quick turnaround time. Having independently dealt with several complicated real estate and commercial deals and having worked with High Net Worth Individuals and corporates, Scherezad is experienced in understanding client requirements and in ensuring a hassle free transaction.
